4 TIPS BEHIND THE PERFECT FLATLAY FOR INSTAGRAM

Why FlatLay  suddenly  become the new Photography Trend with a strong and glamourous presence on Instagram ?

Well I am about to tell you the story of this trend .

Inspired by the  art of minimalism in fashion , the photos taken by FLAT LAY are possible to tell a story .  You just have to Bring together items chosen by theme on a basic background and Shoot .

But to have the perfect Flatlay your are going to need a little more than that : Here is  few tips for a perfect FLAT LAY

  1. NATURAL LIGHT SUN SUN SUN

Generally it’s better to shoot in the morning or evening when the sun is still up  because it does not create a shadow . So for that the windows are your best friends , what gives us more natural light than a window , Wright ?

  1. CREATE A  THEME TO YOUR PHOTOS

Flatlay is about telling a story so , beside bringing the items together , you should find a story about the collected objects  .   .

Either it’s a lip Gloss , a mirror or your agenda the three items should speak for themselves ( Logically you are going to write the description and in that case you are going to speak for them ).

3. PLAY WITH LAYOUTS

Don’t be afraid of using different items , make up , food , laptop , phone , accessories , pictures .. anything as long as it tells a story . So move things and places , BE CREATIVE..

4. CHOOSE THE WRIGHT COLOR PALETTE

FLAT LAYS need THE color that makes the difference between a good photo and a GREAT photo . Like a theme ,  color palette are important , so choose the Wright color scheme and just stick to it.
